On Wednesday 7^th December 2005, the Honorary Prime Minister, Dr. Lawrence Gonzi, and the leader of the Opposition, Dr. Alfred Sant, visited the Census Office.

The Census Officer Mr. Alfred Camilleri, made a short presentation to explain the preparations and the process of the Census of Population and Housing 2005 currently in progress.

Following the presentation, the Prime Minister and the leader of the Opposition both visited to the Census Office where they could follow the process following the collection of the questionnaires.
